I started my photography business January 2014 but I have done photography pretty much my whole life...
I have studied photography with the photography institute and I've also taken many photography workshops that include celebrity photographer Ana Brandt maternity and newborn photographer and Scott Robert Lim photographer and teacher of wedding photography. I also have had a one on one workshop with Maghood photography , wedding photography and lighting.
My creativity and passion for photography is what leads my shooting and editing style!
I love creating portraits but also capturing moments and details. I love romance and fun so I try to have that show in my work. I want the end result to be what you would want on your walls and in your photo albums at home. Not photos only kept on a computer!

I'm going to talk a bit about myself so it makes it easier on you to see if I am your perfect fit for your wedding.
My name is Julie and I am bilingual english/français. I am a huge people person and a bit of a goofball. I will make you feel like we have known each other for years on your wedding day! Awkward in front of the camera? No worries at all... I will direct you and help you loosen up for the camera with a few laugh through this stressful day. I LOVE love and fairy tales... A hopeless romantic at heart.
I have two main styles of photography when it comes to weddings. There is the classic romantic portraits with a touch of the personality of my couples to make them your own and lifestyle/documentary photos of your wedding day that will last a life time. Being creative makes me happy .
I make a detailed plan with the couple the week before the wedding by video chat ,phone or if you live in my town we meet at your home and talk about what you are looking to capture and what is most important to you in terms of photography during your wedding day!

My favourite is to sneak out with the couple during the reception and catch a couple romantic moments by themselves while no one else watches, which is nice after a day of being in the spotlight! Capturing all the little touches of your wedding during the day and also getting the candids while no one knows i'm watching...
I always try and make your photoshoot part of the day less stressful as possible and make you feel like the king and queen of the ball...I will fix hair, dress ,ties and whatever else is needed so you look your best at all times during the photoshoot! My love for weddings and its beautiful moments is what makes me so happy every time a couple chooses me!
After the best day of your life is all captured and ready for editing... I always go the extra mile to make them even more special by adding my touch to them!
