This is a legally binding contract between Julie LeBlanc-Brown, Julie LeBlanc photography and the person stated above.

It supersedes all previous agreements (verbal or written) between parties.

The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all parties.

If any parties waive or alter part of this agreement, the rest of the agreement remains intact.

This contract is regarding the stylized wedding project created by Julie LeBlanc photography that will be happening on March 18th 2018 in Fredericton NB.

When using images from this project for your own business you must state : " second shooter to Julie LeBanc photography's stylized wedding photography project" in the description of your images at all times.

You must also mention all vendors included in the project , the makeup artist and hair stylists in your postings online and in print.
